Tourism Integrated Management System (TIMS)

The Association of Bhutanese Tour Operators (ABTO) has developed a comprehensive tour operation management software, which is a web-based (CLOUD) and modeled on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

To make tour operation much more dynamic through effective use of your company’s resources and for better planning and decision making processes, The Association has developed Tourism Integrated and Management System (TIMS).

TIMS streamline the administrative functions and processes of your tour company, making higher efficiency and productivity. Besides it provides higher visibility and easier overview of your tour company’s operations. With TIMS in place you will be able to see areas where savings could be realized, where operations could be streamlined, or where opportunities are being lost.

In this regard, the Association will be conducting a training on TIMS and is seeking nominations from interested tour operators to register for training on TIMS. Training will be conducted for free and deadline for registration is 11th August 2017. Based on nominations received, training will be conducted batch-wise.

TIMS will be online and LIVE starting 10th August 2017. Therefore, during the training period, the system will be live for hands on familiarization and training.
Live testing of the system will continue till 31st December 2017.
