The ABTO Board of Directors met with the senior management of TCBS and had discussion on the proposed increase of royalty as budget for the delinked TCBS.

After a thorough discussion, TCBS requested for reconsideration and proposed an increase of USD 10 during peak season and USD 5 during lean season as opposed to their initial proposal of USD 15 during peak season and USD 10 during lean season. The increased Royalty collection timeframe is proposed minimum of 1 year from the date it is decided.

As such the Board of Directors would like to request your feedback and suggestions on the above proposal by 31^st July 2012 (Tuesday).
